Aaron F. Davis is the experienced principal behind sbm Real Estate Services. He has built a successful track record in commercial and residential real estate investments over the last fifteen years. He has an ability to source real estate development opportunities in emerging growth markets that offer investors sound investments with solid returns leveraging his education from Texas State University in Finance.
Aaron’s entrepreneurial drive and seasoned project management experience started with establishment of a commercial and residential company -- Greentex Landscaping, Inc. Over a 13 year period the company achieved double digit annual growth and ultimately sold for 3x multiple.
